土工膜的鋪設方法-土工膜廠家教你土工膜施工土工膜以塑料薄膜作為防滲基材，是一種高分子化學柔性材料，比重較小，延伸性較強，適應變形能力高，耐腐蝕，耐低溫，抗凍性能好，具有較高的抗拉強度和延伸性，同時，它們對細菌和化學作用有較好的耐侵蝕性，不怕酸、堿、鹽類的侵蝕，在避光使用情況下，使用壽命長達70年以上。
HDPE土工膜的鋪設：
1. 鋪設HDPE土工膜前應由土建工程相應的合格驗收證明文件。
2. HDPE膜裁切之前，應該準確丈量其相關尺寸，然后按實際裁切，一般不宜按圖示尺寸裁切，應逐片編號，詳細記錄在表格上。
3. 鋪設HDPE土工膜時應力求焊縫少，在保證質量的前提下，盡量節(jié)約原材料。同時也容易保證質量。
4. 膜與膜之間接縫的搭接寬度一般不小于10cm，通常就使焊縫排列方向平行于坡度，即沿坡度方向排列。
5. 通常在拐角及畸形地段，應是接縫長度盡量減短。除特殊要求外，在坡度大于1：6的斜坡上距頂坡或應力集中區(qū)域1.5米范圍內，盡量不設焊縫。
6. HDPE土工膜在鋪設中，應避免產生人為褶皺，溫度較低時，應盡量拉緊，鋪平。
7. HDPE土工膜鋪設完成后，應盡量減少在膜面上行走、搬動工具等，凡能對HDPE膜造成危害的物件，均不應放在膜上或攜帶在膜上行走，以免對膜造成意外損傷。
HDPE土工膜錨固方法：
1. 錨固的方法分為三種：溝槽錨固、射釘錨固和膨脹螺栓錨固；通常情況下，采用溝槽錨固。
2. 采用溝槽錨固時，視HDPE土工膜的使用條件及受力情況，其錨固溝槽寬度一般不小于0.5m-1.0m,其深度不得小于0.5m-1.0m。
3. 采用射釘錨固時，壓條寬度不小于2cm，厚度不得小于2mm，射釘間距不應大于400mm，壓條明露處應有防腐措施。
4. 采用膨脹螺栓錨固時，螺栓直徑不小于4mm，其間距不大于0.5mm，施工時，先用備好的沙袋將擺好位置的膜臨時固定，防止大風將HDPE土工膜吹動移位，然后再進行膨脹螺栓錨固。

2 the groove anchorage, as HDPE geomembrane using condition and stress condition, the anchoring groove width not less than 0.5m-1.0m, its depth shall not be less than 0.5m-1.0m.
3 the nail anchor, strip width not less than 2cm, thickness shall not be less than 2mm, nail spacing should not be greater than 400mm, Jo Aki dew point is due preservative measures.
4 the expansion bolt, the bolt diameter not less than 4mm, the distance is less than 0.5mm, construction, first with the prepared sandbags to set the position of the membrane temporary fixing, preventing the HDPEgeomembrane wind shift, then expansion bolt.
